There’s a cool veloway nearby – a circular bike path that’s dedicated to bikes and rollerblades – and the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center.

From what I hear, people choose this region because of its proximity to downtown (about 10-15 minutes), as opposed to the subdivisions up north. In fact, just being in the 78704 zip code adds value and cache to a home sale.
